Amy L. Musick

Ms. Musick serves as office manager for Morrill & Associates, oversees the lobbyist registration and disclosure program for the firm and its clients, and participates in the legislative monitoring and client reporting programs of the firm.

Ms. Musick has more than 15 years of diverse experience in quality driven, customer-focused organizations in both the non-profit and private sector. Most recently, she served as Regional Manager for Safe Kids Worldwide, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing unintentional childhood injuries. In that capacity she coordinated and facilitated the relationship between a network of 84 community coalitions and the national Washington, DC headquarters office. Ms. Musick monitored and reported on laws enacted for the protection of children at the state and local level for the 14 states within her region.

In addition, she managed and communicated the guidelines for grant opportunities, insuring that community needs met grant requirements, as well as overseeing quality assurance of the community coalitions and that the contractual obligations of the partnership were met. Ms. Musick mentored and coached community coordinators, providing direction, performance feedback and recognition in support of their work in childhood accident prevention. She also served on the planning team for the annual leadership conference in Washington, DC, which convened 600 participants from 50 states and 15 countries. Ms. Musick increased grant funding by $150,000; conceived and developed a new program to show children the visibility restrictions of delivery truck drivers; and preserved over $300,000 in grant funding by review and administration of contractual agreements.

Previously Ms. Musick was Clinical Operations Representative at Children’s National Medical Center, where she performed the administrative duties at the front desk of a satellite clinic for Children’s Hospital. Prior to that, she was a Senior Administrative Assistant at Safe Kids Worldwide, where she served as an information resource to more than 260 coalitions.

Ms. Musick received her education at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland and Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. She resides in Glenarm, Illinois.
