Stephen S. Morrill has written articles that have appeared in a variety of publications, including periodic columns in trade journals like Chicago Office and Chicago Southland Business Magazine (e.g., S. Morrill, “How the New Illinois Ethics Law and Procurement Reforms Affect Business,” Chicago Southland Business Magazine, p. 8 (Dec. 1998)). In addition to authoring articles, Morrill has been periodically mentioned in publications such as the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Crain’s Chicago Business (e.g., S. Swanson, “In Springfield, keep it simple; a guide to lobbying for business,” Crain’s Chicago Business, p. 24 (Aug. 1, 2005). Morrill regularly speaks before professional and trade associations on lobbying-related subjects, and has been recognized by his lawyer peers as a top practitioner in his field, through selection as a “Leading Lawyer.” He is a member of both the Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.

For nearly 20 years, Stephen B. Schnorf has been quoted as an authority on state government budgetary and administrative matters in a wide variety of Illinois media outlets and publications. Decades ago, after receiving his Master's Degree and prior to commencing his long career in Illinois State government, Schnorf authored a few articles in trade journals. As director of the Bureau of the Budget, Schnorf was ultimately responsible for the preparation and publication of the annual state budget book, among other governmental publications.

Terrence L. Barnich has authored many articles in a variety of publications and on a host of topics, with particular emphasis on public utility issues. Among his published works are the following:
